Privacy Policy for My QR Codes

Last updated: October 15, 2026

My QR Codes does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data.

What's stored, and where

The names, content, and colors of QR codes you create are stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple's on-device storage. Codes sync between your own iPhone and your own Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This data never leaves your devices or reaches any server we operate, because we don't operate one.

Camera

If you use the scan-to-fill feature, the camera is used only to read the QR code or barcode you point it at. No images or video are stored or transmitted.

Photos

If you choose to add a logo image to a code, that photo is used only to render your QR code and is stored locally with that code's data.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information.

No accounts, no tracking, no analytics

The app has no sign-in, contains no advertising or analytics code, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Children

Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
