My QR Codes

Your QR codes on your wrist. Simple, and to the point.

I built this app for myself. I was tired of pulling out my phone and digging through screenshots every time I needed to show a gym check-in or a loyalty card. Now those codes live on my Apple Watch, ready when I raise my wrist. It turned out to be one of the apps I use most, so I decided to share it.

It's for the codes that don't live in Apple Wallet: gas station cards, gym check-ins, season passes, Wi-Fi codes, loyalty cards, or any code you've made yourself.

What it does

That's it. No clutter.

Common questions

How do I get a code onto my watch?
Add it in the iPhone app. It appears on your Apple Watch automatically, as long as the watch app is installed and your watch is paired with your iPhone.

A code isn't showing up on my watch.
Open My QR Codes on your iPhone and keep the watch nearby with Bluetooth on. Codes sync directly between your own devices, so both need to be within range for new changes to arrive.

Which code opens first on my watch?
The top code in your iPhone list. Drag to reorder it. On the watch, swipe to move between codes.

Can I add a code without typing it?
Yes. When adding a code, use the scan option to read an existing QR code or barcode with your iPhone camera.

A register or gate scanner won't read the code from my watch.
Turn up your watch brightness, hold it flat and steady a few inches from the scanner, and make sure the screen is awake. Some older scanners read phone screens better than watch screens.

What does the Colors & Logo unlock do?
It's an optional one-time purchase that adds custom QR and background colors and lets you embed a logo. Saving and viewing codes is free, with no limits.

I bought Colors & Logo on a new device and it isn't unlocked.
Use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
